"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Les York and his company with regards to the purchase of our new family home in Westbank. Due to a recent relocation to this area in October, my wife and I were required to locate and purchase a new home before the rest of the family could be moved from the coast. We started looking in the Shannon Hills area as we heard that was a popular neighborhood to live. This is how we came across Les's name, as he appeared to have most of the listings in that area. From our dealings with him I can understand why.

Jayne and I highly recommend Les York to sell your home. Les was the first realtor we had ever met who actually took the time to fully explain our options, and to discuss how he planned to market and sell our house.
